Altair Inc. Return Policies: Christmas Updated 

Normal return policy is up to 30 days after purchase. Anything Purchased after Nov. 1 will be honored for returned up till 30 days after Christmas.

You can return for any reason except damage to the product by the user. We will accept returns and do our best to accommodate all customers, we are a customer centered business and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, if you're not, please contact us and ask for a return. 

Please understand that we are reasonable business owners and we understand that things can go wrong, we stand by our products and are here to help!
