The 818 Hornet Plus is capable of flying in low winds. Be sure to fly the drone indoors to become comfortable with the controls before flying outside or in any wind. If it is windy, keep the drone close and not too high because winds higher up will be higher than at ground level.
Radio flight control is up to 150 meters (500 feet).
The 818 Hornet Plus can stream live FPV video to the app from a range of up to 60 meters (190 feet).
The 818 Hornet Plus comes with a memory card. We recommend a MICRO SD XC or Class 10 or faster memory card,

There is a button on the back of the remote labeled “trim.” If the drone seems like it’s not responding appropriately to control inputs, hold this button down while moving the right analog control stick left, right, up or down to correct the trim. You will hear a beep each time the controller registers an adjustment. Adjust each direction until the drone is hovering without moving much. We have a great video on adjusting the trim here:
There is a button on the back of the remote labeled “H/L.” When you push it, it will beep either once, twice, or three times. If it beeps once, the drone has been set to the beginner speed level. Two beeps indicates the intermediate speed level, and three beeps indicates the advanced flight level. We have a video that goes through the H/L function here:
